    Andrea Lucas, PMD, MBA, CPA, CMC, former Director of the World Bank, published author and mentor, is founder and Managing Director of Club Asteria. Andrea has over 30 years experience in finance, management, consulting and international project development in developing nations. Andrea is a native of Austria, who emigrated to Canada as a young woman, where she learned first hand about the trials and tribulations of being a stranger in a foreign country. Now, this successful entrepreneur is ready to give back to the expatriate community to enrich the lives of the less fortunate.

    Hank Needham, Director of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for establishing Country, Regional and Network Team Leaders. Hank has 22 Years experience in building Sales Teams throughout Europe, United States, Asia and Africa with special emphasis in the Network Marketing and Communications Industry.

    Mark Kaplan’s experience over the past forty years as a real estate broker, builder, developer and investor has encompassed every aspect of the real estate industry. In the fields of construction and development Mark’s skills and experience have centered on successfully purchasing, improving, managing and marketing real estate to achieve the highest possible value for all stakeholders. Mark’s companies have developed, built and sold luxury single family homes, pre-planned residential communities, commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and high-end mountaintop ski resort properties. He also has owned and managed a multitude of real estate properties. In addition to his real estate ventures, he currently serves as the co-founder and International Director of W.I.N. University. His coaching and mentoring programs have resulted in some of the most successful real estate professionals and entrepreneurial business people in the marketplace. As a motivator and leader he has inspired his co-workers and students to achieve their highest level of performance.

    Dr. Rich has 25-years of diversified, domestic and international management and leadership improvement expertise within academic, federal/state governments, and Fortune 1,000 environments developing strategies and implementation methods. Rich has mentored executives, faculty, and students from around the world in a variety of professional leadership and management settings. Dr. Schuttler served as Dean at the University of Phoenix from 2000-2004 (Business Week’s 2004 #3 Hot Growing Companies). He served in the U.S. Navy and retired after 23 years of honorable service and is the author of the book Laws of Communication: The Intersection Where Leadership Meets Employee Performance and co-author of the Lifetime Medical Organizer and the Million Dollar Attitude.
